For hygiene reasons, all whistles (with or without a pea) that have been unsealed or are offered in packaging that is not factory machine-sealed, as well as sets containing such items, are not eligible for returns under Article 57, item 5 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. This restriction does not apply to electronic whistles.
Whistles that do not indicate the inclusion of a lanyard in the product title, description, or image are sold without one. Some of these models may be delivered in bulk packaging — a factory-sealed plastic bag without individual retail boxing, depending on the import batch.
