The prices of all products in Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com are published in euro and are final (and include 20% Bulgarian VAT if the Customer and the delivery address are located within the European Union).
Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com reserves the right to change the prices of the goods published on the website at its own discretion and without prior notice to customers. When placing an order, the Customer is obliged to pay the price that was valid at the time the order was completed. All discounted prices and promotions are indicated by crossing out the old price and displaying the new price next to/below it.
Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com guarantees that all goods published on the website are original products of the companies holding the rights to the respective brands. You can be confident in the quality of the products you purchase from us!
When you order a product from Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order. Completing your order at Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com constitutes an invitation to us to enter into a contract of sale, which will be accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirming the dispatch of the respective goods to you. If confirmation is provided regarding goods that are out of stock, such goods shall not be considered part of this contract. Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com undertakes to notify the Customer of goods that are out of stock within a reasonable period.
Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com shall not be liable for inaccuracies in the information published on the website (including, but not limited to, photographs, descriptions and sizes). Changes to product designs are possible.
The published information regarding product sizes in Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com should be considered indicative.
II. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
1. Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com undertakes:
- to confirm the availability of the ordered products or refuse the order (or part of it) within 2 working days;
- to deliver the product requested for purchase within the period specified on the Delivery and Claims page;
- to guarantee that all products are brand new and factory-sealed by the manufacturer.
2. The Customer undertakes:
- to provide two names, an accurate and valid telephone number, a delivery address and, preferably, an e-mail address that is regularly checked by the Customer;
- to accept the order and pay the price of the goods that was valid at the time the order was completed, as well as the delivery charge in accordance with the conditions described in the information regarding Delivery and Product Claims (where a delivery charge is applicable).
III. Terms Concerning the Sale of Goods:
By completing an order at Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com, the Customer declares that they are at least 18 years of age or have permission to place the order.
The goods ordered for purchase shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer within the period indicated in the information regarding delivery and payment for goods.
The goods shall be delivered appropriately packaged according to their type and the method of transportation.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer or a third party shall sign the accompanying documents. A third party shall mean any person who is not the person who placed the order but who accepts the goods upon delivery at the address specified by the Customer.
Ownership of the goods shall pass to the Customer immediately after the full price of the ordered goods has been paid.
In the event of refusal to accept the goods, except in the cases described below, the refusal shall be considered unjustified and the Customer shall be liable for the costs of delivery and return of the goods. In this case, the Customer shall be obliged to compensate Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com for damages and loss of profit, including any other costs beyond the delivery and return costs incurred as a result of the refusal.
The Customer has the right to refuse to accept the goods ordered for purchase when they are delivered under one of the following circumstances:
- the delivered goods do not correspond to those ordered by the Customer and this can be established through an ordinary inspection of the goods;
- the price that the Customer is required to pay does not correspond to the price displayed when the order was completed at Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com;
- there is a discrepancy between the goods ordered and the goods delivered which could not have been identified at the time of delivery.
The Customer has the right to request an exchange of the size or product included in their original order. In this case, the Customer must submit the request in writing (by e-mail from the e-mail address specified in their account), by telephone (from a telephone number specified in their account), or through the contact form on the website of Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com, within no more than 30 working days after the date of delivery, pursuant to Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. In such a case, the costs of returning the item and delivering the new item shall be borne by the Customer.
The Customer shall not be entitled to expect compensation from Sports Store www.sudiiskimagazin.com in the following cases:
Normal wear and tear resulting from use of the product:
- For other equipment: normal wear and tear resulting from use of the product;
Improper use:
- For other equipment: improper use of the product, for example, use on surfaces unsuitable for the respective type of sport;
If the warranty sticker is removed (or there are signs of attempts to remove it), where such a sticker was present at the time the product was delivered, any warranty claims shall not be considered valid!

For all matters not covered by these Terms of Use, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
